A: Most homebuyers work through a financial institution for a construction loan. Moose Creek supplies the plans and material list needed to apply for the loan. We can work with any company you choose whether a full-service bank, savings bank, mortgage company or credit union.

Once you are satisfied with the design and price, a non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required. This assures a position in the delivery schedule and gets your construction prints started.

Homeowners building in Maine pay C.O.D. as materials are delivered one truckload at a time. Out-of-state homeowners pay for each truckload one week in advance of delivery.

The initial deposit is credited on certain invoices throughout duration of the project.
