Material selection: Your choices from a wide variety of components determine the price. (see “What’s included in Moose Creek’s package?”) The best way is to come to Turner. We’ll go through a check list on every detail of your home and show you all the options from the species of wood, to the window manufacturers, to the trim. If that’s not practical, let us know the quality range you want us to price to. Most customers are looking for the best value at a mid-range price and that’s what we use on a “preliminary” estimate if we don’t have your specifics. You can then make changes to the package as we refine your design and estimate. Before construction prints are drawn up, we revisit all the details with you to verify your selections.
Your first estimate from us need not be the final estimate: If our initial price to you is not within your budget for this project, we can show you ways to trim the cost and yet maintain the essence of your design. We will sketch and resketch, price and reprice until you’re satisfied. You decide which options and trade-offs are right for you.
